Pike Fishing
The Belgrade’s are famous for our trophy Northern Pike and catching this challenging fish is our specialty! Fish with a registered Maine Guide and enjoy these toothy game fish. We provide all the tackle and bait. Fly fishermen are welcome too! The best time of year is around May 1 – June 30 and again in the fall from early September – November 1. We can catch them in the summer, but it’s a little slower fishing. This area offers one of the best chances at a true trophy pike anywhere in New England. P.S. Don’t forget your camera!
Remote Trout Fishing Trip
This is a fun trip, especially if you love catching brookies on a fly rod! Fish in a canoe and/or float tube for wild brook trout with a Maine Master Guide and enjoy spectacular scenery while you are at it. The old saying is true, trout don’t live in ugly places!
Striped Bass Fishing
Maine’s Striped Bass fishery is the success story of the 2000′s! Here’s your chance to enjoy one of the best fly-fishing or conventional tackle game fish on the coast. Throw in an occasional blue fish and you have one memorable trip! In late May and June, the fish are caught up in the Kennebec River which is only a short distance from Belgrade. In the summer, our ocean trips are usually based in Bath, which is about 50 minutes from Belgrade Village. Rates vary depending on # in party. Price range is from $275 for inland trips (2 people) – $350 full day for coastal fishing.
