This pristine location is on one of the best fishing lakes in Maine and among 150 Best in America (Field & Stream, June 2007). The owner is a Registered Maine Fishing, Hunting & Recreation Guide.

The best part of this property is the quiet sitting spots to enjoy the lake views. From the deck just steps away from the water, to the hammock nestled among the lakefront trees, to the deck platform on the point that provides full sunset vistas of the widest part of this lake…it is just incredible. You’ve got to experience it! Nature lovers, fishers, water or bird enthusiasts alike can enjoy this rental in all 4 seasons.

Belgrade Stream Cottage

Quiet camp in the woods with private water access on the Belgrade Stream (located on the southern end of Long Pond). This cottage is an explorers dream with something to do in all seasons. There is a private dock and use of canoe is included. Boat Rentals are available. The snow mobile trail goes through the property offering great riding in the winter and hiking/mountain biking in the summer. The surrounding woods are perfect for deer hunting and Registered Maine Guides are available for both fishing and hunting trips.

$800 a week – $150 a night/2 night minimum

Salmon Lake

A traditional Maine Sporting Camp that offer a full meal plan (meals are served in the main lodge), boat rentals, guide service and excellent small and largemouth bass fishing, along with brook trout and brown trout.
Well-kept lakeside cottages are situated for your privacy on wooded acres of land overlooking picture perfect Salmon Lake.

Adults – $80.00/night or $540 – $630/week depending on the cottage and number of people in your party – call for quotes.

Great Pond

Private cottages on Great Pond. Newly built cottages offer full amenities, views of the lake and excellent fishing for pike, brown trout and bass. Year round cottages are either on the water or within a very short walk to their own private 100 ft lakefront common area. The common area includes a place to launch your boat, two 50 foot docks, a swimming area, swim float, 2 fire pits, picnic tables, a couple of hammocks and some chairs and chaises for relaxing by the lake. Guide services and boat rentals available on site.

$900 – $1100/week or $150/night – 2 night minimum.
Large Lakefront Home $1700/week.

Androscoggin Lake

The camp has a large sleeping area upstairs that has four double beds and 2 single beds. It also has a pull out couch in the living room downstairs. It can potentially sleep 12. It has a bath and shower, supplied by a
drilled well and a large enclosed porch area. Kitchen facilities include stove, refrigerator, microwave and beverage cooler. It is heated with electric baseboard heat and a wood stove and has air conditioning for the
summer months. The camp has direct water access with a dock and 14-foot aluminum boat for use by guests. Since it is heated, the Camp is available from April 15th to November 15th. Full Guide services by a Maine Master Guide is available for fishing and duck hunting.

Remote Fishing Cabins in Northern Maine

This is a fly fishermen’s dream! Nine remote cabins scattered throughout the north woods (approximately 1.5 hours west of Ashland) bring you to true Maine wilderness. Each cabin is equipped with propane lights, cook stove, and refrigerator, comfortable beds, cooking and eating utensils, and wood stove. Canoes and 14-foot, deep V fishing boats are also at the cabin. Outboard motors are available for rent at $30 a day. This is the perfect fishing/vacationing adventure – remember your camera!



Family style lodging in historic Maine sporting camp (previously a logging camp). Stay in the main lodge or rent the private cabins. Fireplace, 12 person hot tub, campfire pit, volleyball, horseshoes, private pond and
nearby waterfalls. Located directly on ATV and /Snowmobile trail. Nearby fishing and hunting opportunities, guide service and meal plans available.

$35/pp with breakfast, or housekeeping cabin for $45/pp.
